Shared Book Shelf

The shared bookshelf is a collection of second-hand books from the UCR community, aiming to encourage the community to exchange books. You can bring your own book to the shelf, take a book to read it and take it back for others to enjoy it as well. Currently, the bookshelf holds fiction books, non-fiction books as well as some textbooks for some of UCR´s courses. This project only works with your participation. So whenever you want to take a break and read a book, we got you.

Where is it?
The bookshelf is located right outside of the Eleanor Green Office. Close to the exit of Eleanor, next to the ICT desk and the Green Office, there is a little door saying “The Sustainable Book Shelf”. It is sometimes a little hard to open, so do not give up too quickly when trying to open the door to the shelf 😉
